PPC Controls is a part of Vestas Power Solutions. In PPC Controls, We are bridging the needs and requirements from the Transmission Systems with the capabilities of our Hybrid Power Plants by developing advanced Power Plant Controls.
You as a Scrum Master will play an instrumental role and will be responsible for creating and onboarding project teams, integrating them into the organization and providing a clear vision of the product. As a Scrum Master you will also facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team. You will be responsible to guide Scrum Teams who are designing grid connection solutions according to emergent grid code requirements and the ancillary services market. The solutions will mainly be implemented in the Vestas Power Plant Controller.
The team consist of 16 employees with high diversity in skillset, seniority and ethnicity. We live the Vestas values:

The team is a Global team with Engineers in Denmark and Portugal. We also collaborate very close with our department in Chennai and our value chain in order to deliver effectively on projects.



  • Implement Project Management/Best Practices
  • Arrange and Optimize Product backlog
  • Be Agile/SCRUM Process Facilitator & Facilitate Scrum events
  • Be the servant leader for the Scrum Teams
  • Scrum Master is expected to encourage the use of continuous integration (CI) and automation to improve efficiency
  • Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning
  • Resolve Impediments & be the Change agent


  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering probably within the controls, software or electrical area
  • Strong Scrum and Agile training
  • Scrum Master or Scrum Agile Certified
  • Good cultural understanding and international working experience
  • Experience with real time control systems and software development
  • Working with product and software development
  • Experienced in project execution in a matrix organisation

Additional information
Your primary work location will be our office in Aarhus, DK. Travelling to sites will be part of the role.
