SC Logistics Lead Specialist

Global Supply Chain and Transport > Supply Chain Planning and Delivery > Global Logistics 
In Global Logistics Operations, the focus is that our E2E logistic flows are carried out to plan, on time at cost, quality and optimal inventory levels, all the way from Suppliers to factories, warehousing and transport.
We ensure global governance of E2E logistics setup and performance with safety and sustainability in everything with do. 
 

Responsibilities
As lead specialist, you will work closely with:

• Global governance structures across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory Development 
• Secure execution at aligned planned cost & quality 
• Engage and work closely with logistics teams around the world and drive best practices 
• Drive strategy deployment and operations improvement initiatives  
• Optimize logistics flows from planning to execution 
• Drive global performance - Cost Efficiency, On time Delivery and global risk mgmt. 
• Promote initiatives and logistics concepts development & implementation

Qualifications

• We prefer a master level educational background within relevant areas (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations) 
• Solid experience and proven results in working with complex logistics setups and supply chains in a global environment 
• Great stakeholder management skills 
• Great verbal and written communication skills in English, together with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization 

Competencies

• Solid data and analytical skills
• Should have a Proactive mind-set with the ability to problem solve and navigate in a complex environment 
• Ability to prioritize tasks, make confident decisions and communicate initiatives across a large number of stakeholders
• Ability to work in a flexible environment
