The Data Products & Insights, a vital part of Digital Solutions, is dedicated to delivering accurate, available, and comprehensive data products to enable actionable insights. This newly established area is an integral component of Vestas' innovative Digital Powerhouse. Responsibilities

As a SAP BI Architect in the SAP BW Chapter your role will encompass working with technologies and tools such as SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SLT and data services.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Participate in requirement gathering and design phase to define business requirements and data flow design
  • Designing, constructing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and efficient data products
  • Managing and monitoring data products
  • Engaging in close collaboration with the data platform team and product owner
  • Supporting the federated data governance policies across data products

 

Qualifications

We envision that you possess experience in designing, building, and maintaining data products within SAP BW data warehouse.

Additionally, you should identify with one or more of the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP BW/4 HANA, ABAP, CDS Views, SQL Scripts
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC finance, sales and supply chain related modules is a plus
  • Expertise in designing and working with data modelling in SAP BW/4 and hybrid solutions
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of troubleshooting and resolving complex data issues
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
