Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the risk management framework, tools, methodologies, and documentation
  • Harmonize and standardize risk processes, templates, and reporting across the value chain
  • Manage framework deployment, training, communication, and user adoption activities
  • Ensure alignment with governance and other enterprise risk-related processes
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, user feedback, and process optimization (facilitation of workshops)
  • Review and clarify risk roles, responsibilities, ownership, and accountability
  • Support Risk Officers with consistent and effective risk reporting and serve as the primary contact for audits, customer discussions, and risk framework inquiries

 

Qualifications

  • You hold a B.Sc., M.Sc. or an MBA in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in risk management with an OEM or relevant industrial environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, FRM, CIA) are an advantage
  • You possess great communication skills, and are fluent in English, written and spoken

 

Competencies

  • Solid knowledge of operational risk management frameworks, process management and governance frameworks
  • Experience with risk reporting tools and processing risk data
  • Ability to partner and collaborate across functions and regions
  • Solid stakeholder management and analytical skills
