Region NCE > Customer Project Execution > Offshore Installation Site Management & Supervision


The Customer Project Execution Department oversees all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed and remains responsible until the final tests are completed. Working closely with logistics, procurement and finance departments, the team must keep the project on budget and on schedule and ensures our ongoing safety and quality standards are met.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage and develop departments, teams, and personnel in line with Vestas’s culture and strategies
  • Oversee hiring, development, and retention of direct reports
  • Promote safety and quality awareness
  • Motivate employees and ensure a balanced work-life culture
  • Handle budget responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing project and stakeholder support
  • Ensure availability of trained and experienced resources for short-, mid-, and long-term needs

 
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of management experience, ideally in the wind or construction industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Organisational and structured approach
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP
  • Proven leadership skills, including remote management
  • Fluent n English

Additional information
Primary work location: Warrington, UK or Aarhus, DK.
Expected travel: approximately 35 days per year.
