Repair, Lifecycle & Field Operations are responsible for product repair of turbine components, including spare parts for the global service of Vestas's and non-Vestas wind turbines in close cooperation with the Sales Business Units (SBUs). Repairing spare parts brings significant benefits to the environment and business in terms of CO2 reduction, savings and improves availability of parts. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as the world's largest repair partner across minor and major components for the wind industry.
As we continue to grow, we seek a Repair Strategist for Offshore and LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Develop plans (in collaboration with Repair Program Managers) to increase REN savings and REN Utilization
- Manage implementation of NRI with local selected suppliers, including managing the RPAP process as well as identify potential NRI options for the region based on a Total Landed Cost (TLC) reduction focus
- Coordinate NCR resolution with suppliers and GP+SQD
- Forecast alignment with suppliers, supply chain and Procurement to ensure supplier readiness and capacity fulfillment
- Coordinate and align REN stock levels and ensure alignment on potential changes with Regional Supply Chain
- Manage regional suppliers & lead DEF to REN process for Regional Loops
Qualifications
- Minimum a BSc in business administration, supply chain or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience with for instance procurement, commercial sales, project management, supply chain, service or logistics
- Demonstrated experience and abilities in strategy, business development, and project management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese as the role will interact highly with internal and external stakeholders in LATAM
- Methodical, fact based mindset

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Aarhus or Videbæk, Denmark. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 25 days per year.
