Regional Mobility, Northern & Central Europe (NCE) is part of the NCE Region in the People & Culture organisation (P&C). We make travelling across borders as smooth as possible for our colleagues and ensure compliance with processes, policies, local and global regulations. You will be part of a committed team consisting of Regional & Global Mobility Specialists.
Your role will be to collaborate closely with the business, mobility vendors and P&C as well as the other Regional Mobility Specialists to ensure that our global mobility processes, policies and strategies are effectively followed and implemented within your region. As part of the Regional Mobility team, you will report directly to the Head of P&C NCE.  
It is imperative that you can effectively drive change, translate global requirements into local ones without compromising the mobility policies and governance, and ensure that the Regional Mobility delivery from our collaboration partners within the region is timely, cost effective, and of high quality. Mobility includes inter alia Long- and Short-term Assignments, Graduates, Temporary Project Assignments and Local Foreign Hires as well as immigration, taxation / shadow payroll, local registration and social security.

 

Responsibilities
You will be accountable for all cross-border mobility regionally, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, compliance with the policies and processes both across the business and across the mobility set-up. In addition, your daily tasks and responsibility areas will include:

  • Be one-point-of-contact and subject matter expert liaising between the organisation and mobility matters
  • Be the regional owner of the Global Mobility strategy, and contribute to developing global mobility strategies, processes and programs 
  • Implement and drive mobility in your region based on the governance and structure to be fully aligned globally in order to secure high-standard execution towards the business 
  • Be involved in regional projects, evaluations and continuous improvement of processes within Global Mobility, both in current but also in emerging markets 
  • Own your stakeholder relationships with vendors, and provide regional mobility counsel to effectively deliver the most optimal solutions for the workforce plan, aligned with internal stakeholders

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience within Global Mobility and with Global Mobility tools
  • Experience from working in a large, international company in a matrix structure
  • Solid understanding of all areas within mobility and the related risks 
  • Good English skills, both verbally and written, is required
  • A theoretical background in a relevant field probably at Masters' level

Your work location will be Aarhus, Denmark and you should expect approximately 30 annual travel days in this role.
