As part of the People and Culture organization, you will join a dedicated Talent Acquisition team that is committed to attracting, sourcing, and hiring the right people for Vestas. We are committed to providing a high-quality candidate and client experience, engaging and inspiring our teams to facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process in alignment with our global strategy, policies, and processes. We are a highly collaborative organization, working closely with people leaders, People & Culture colleagues, and other key stakeholders.

As a trusted advisor to the business, you will ensure that hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders receive a professional and seamless recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of production and other blue-collar workers, as well as office/white-collar workers.
• Develop and promote positive stakeholder engagement.
• Perform talent sourcing activities, including planning and attending job fairs, executing marketing strategies, and building relationships with local municipalities and job search organizations.

Qualifications

• Experienced in recruiting and placing blue-collar employees within a production (factory) environment.
• Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor with effective cross-cultural stakeholder management at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Danish in a business setting.
• Full recruitment life cycle experience in an international environment.
• Willingness and ability to work on location at our Nakskov factory as business warrants.
