Vestas Technology & Operations > Research & Development (R&D) > Hub Module Project Management


You will be part of the Hub Module Engineering organization in Vestas Power Solutions with +100 professional engineers, specialists, and project managers. The Hub module oversees, maintain, and develop the complete Vestas Hub program across the full product lifecycle. The projects include new technology development of Hub solutions and components upgrades over to a portfolio of Hub integrated products.
We have full responsibility for all HUB projects from cradle to grave. The projects have a significant business impact, and you will balance a large project portfolio budget, and you should therefore be proficient in risk management to ensure business-critical decisions are fact-based.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete management of projects within the HUB module, guaranteeing their on-time and satisfactory completion
  • Collaborate with global partners and interested parties to establish the project's parameters, determine goals, and reach significant progress points
  • Communicate project goals and updates clearly and effectively, both in writing and speaking, with internal and external teams
  • Proactively identify project risks and apply creative problem-solving to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee several initiatives concurrently in a rapid work setting, adjusting to the shifting priorities of the enterprise
  • Cultivate a cooperative atmosphere among interdisciplinary teams to guarantee consistency throughout various divisions

 

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as PM in a larger company
  • Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with all project participants
  • Agile project execution
  • It is recommended to have a Prince2 certification
  • Proficient in English, capable of communicating intricate concepts with clarity

  • Proficient in emotional intelligence, ensuring effective collaboration within varied team dynamics and maintenance of stakeholder connections
  • Adept at resolving complex issues, possessing a strategic perspective and a direct, actionable approach to addressing difficulties
  • Possesses the ability to skillfully modify approach in response to changing needs and trends in an industry known for its fluctuations
