Vestas Quality are part of Vestas Technology & Operations (VTO) where new product ideas are developed, matured, improved and tested. Within VTO, you'll find our department, Quality Transformation, as part of the Quality Organisation.
As a member of the Quality Transformation team, you will take part in delivering our strategic focuses and new operating framework, making meaningful contributions to quality through a clear vision and approach.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager in the Quality Transformation team, you will be part of the Global Quality Management Office, working closely with the entire Vestas Quality Department. You will guide and manage multiple projects within the quality domain, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion. Your responsibilities include
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Engage with stakeholders at every level of the organization
- Coordinate transformation initiatives, ensuring structured change management and adoption
- Work closely with diverse teams to align on project goals and ensure effective implementation
- Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, and implement contingency plans to secure the project goals
- Provide clear, structured communication to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, successfully managing complex projects
- Good understanding of quality management principles and best practices
- Effective communication skills, both in writing and speaking, that promote stakeholder involvement
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The primary work location for this position is Aarhus, Denmark.
