In Global Installation & Commissioning we focus on development of On & Offshore Construction Strategies and Concepts as an important competitive/excellence parameter both for present and future Wind Power Plant solutions. We drive best in class execution by construction improvements to advance safety, reduce time and cost and create value for the operational teams on current and future Customer project executing.
We focus on co-development of current and future WTG platforms by ensuring that lessons learned and ideas from operational stakeholders are considered when developing WTG platforms of tomorrow and improving our existing fleet. 
We support the implementation of concepts and new Wind Power Plant solutions through information sharing with stakeholders across the Construction value chain. Thereby we are ensuring Construction readiness for new strategies and concepts. Furthermore, we strive to learn, develop and adapt based on best practices from both Wind and other relevant industries.

Responsibilities 
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following

  • Ensure relevant Projects are executed and implemented on time fulfilling Scope, Safety, Quality and Cost Targets 
  • Ensure resource availability with all stakeholders to drive execution improvement projects
  • Single point of contact for Construction cost-out activities across all stakeholders
  • Be single point of contact for global and regional functions to make sure effective communication & data sharing is available across all stakeholders
  • Identification of Critical Path and mitigation of key risks during the project lifetime, including appropriate communication to key stakeholders and Management team 
  • Contribute effectively in People Management of the project team
  • Demonstrate an understanding of both the Technical and Commercial sides of the project when decision making is required

 

Qualifications

  • Project Manager for Medium & Large projects involving cross-Functional & cross-Cultural teams
  • Relevant experience in Engineering or Manufacturing Industries
  • Ability to understand the Full Value Chain in an organization

This role can be based in Aarhus or Copenhagen, DK.
