The Project Execution and Portfolio Management department within Vestas Digital Solutions is directing the digital transformation of our Enterprise and Customer Project Management in close cooperation with both global and regional functions. The team covers the digitalization of both internal project management and external customer projects, enabling the business to advance its technological journey.
Responsibilities
The Product Owner will be responsible for transforming the digital landscape of their Area CPX and Transport Bid Management. The main responsibilities will include
- Increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Customer Project Execution (CPX) and Transport Bid Management through Digitalization
- Shaping Vision and Roadmap: Define and align the product vision and roadmap with business stakeholders
- Backlog Management: Create user stories, prioritize the backlog, and ensure alignment with technical priorities
- Team Performance: Collaborate with the Agile Coach and Scrum Master to improve the performance of the Product Team
- Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the product vision aligns with strategy and requirements
- Resource Planning: Define resource needs in collaboration with Chapter Leads and align with Business Area Leads
- Business Adoption: Facilitate business adoption and value capture through continuous monitoring and engagement with the Change Management functions
Qualifications
We believe that you have the following experience
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital product management and the enabling the interface between business and digital
- Bringing a throughout understanding of digital product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and technical project management
- Previous experience in engaging stakeholders at all levels

Additional information
Your work location will be Aarhus, Denmark, where other team members and stakeholders are located. You should expect approximately 20 annual travel days in this role.
