The Vestas Service Business is responsible for ensuring our customer's assets produce the highest amount of energy possible throughout their whole lifetime. More than 12000 people work, globally, to ensure we achieve that. We are expected to triple our business in the next 5 years but and we need to be ready to deliver this growth in a scalable and profitable way.

 

The Service Global Process Management team works to continually find opportunities to optimize the way that we operate and to design new ways of operating. We understand how the different areas of our business interact and use it to design changes to improve our processes. We safeguard a standardized, digitalized, and industrialized global operating model across Vestas Service. We deliver business process management as a disciplined approach to identify, design, implement, document, measure, monitor and control business processes to achieve consistent targeted results.

 

Responsibilities
As a Process Improvement Partner for Supply Chain, Repair and Tools, you will collaborate with our Process Improvement lead Partner that oversees the assigned process landscape and together you will ensure process continuous improvement.

  • Model and document processes on all operational levels by following process quality guidelines and methodologies
  • Manage and evaluate incoming global change requests and support the decision-making process via transparent analysis, clear recommendation, and communication across the Vestas Service organization
  • Ensure high quality work instructions are available ahead of roll outs.
  • Safeguard and continuously optimize our newly established Operating Model
  • Transfer business needs and requests into system requirements and act as interface to IT
  • Develop a comprehensive expertise in Service Operations processes and systems to become a recognized Go-to-Person for Business and regional organizations
  • Act as a unit with the Process Improvement Partner and support in daily challenges but on the other hand receive guidance and mentoring to develop personally and professionally 

 

Qualifications

  • Ideally, you have worked in a similar role as Process or Management Partner in a global environment
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher
  • Have solid experience in Process Management (preferred in Service / Operations) with a proven history of achievements
  • You own a solid Process Management toolbox that supports you in the continuous improvement journey
  • Can analyse and transfer complex topics into simple language and solutions
  • On a personal level it is very important that you possess developed skills in influencing and convincing
  • Have experience with change management, data analytics and implementation

  • Lean culture knowledge and Value stream mappings experience
  • ARIS / Microsoft VISIO experience to map processes.
  • Solid written/verbal presentation and communication skills in English

Additional information
The position is in Denmark, Aarhus N, or alternatively another location such as Copenhagen, Malmö (Sweden) or Hamburg (Germany) or in Chennai (India).
Global travel is expected to be around 25 days annually (depending on where you will be located).
