EVP Area Service – Global Operating Model and Transformation – Global Process Management
The Service Global Process Management team works to continually find opportunities to optimize the way we operate and to design new ways of operating. We safeguard a standardized, digitalized, and industrialized global operating model across Vestas Service. We deliver business process management as a disciplined approach to identify, design, implement, document, measure, monitor and control business processes to achieve consistent targeted results.

 

Responsibilities
Our Process Improvement Partner will take care of the Supply Chain Management, Global Repair and Tools Management Processes.
The tasks you will be performing on global level:

  • Work with senior stakeholders to assist them translate their vision and strategy into tactical and operational improvements to our Operating Model and processes.
  • Align the strategic process roadmap with your senior key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships that can assist to quicken decisions 
  • Handle global change requests, coordinate decision-making in a large global organization, and ensure an effective solution communication across the Service Process Community
  • Run key workshops, and set the pace for continuous improvement actions
  • Participate in large improvement initiatives and ensure that the design of processes is at the centre of the discussions
  • Design and deliver on process improvement initiatives across the end-to-end value chain
