Quality > Quality Management Office > Quality Learning & Enablement 

The team Quality Learning & Enablement drives quality awareness and learning, and excellence in process documentation across the organization.
This role will focus on process governance, and process documentation enablement. You will   guide the business in creating clear, user-friendly, and compliant documentation that is easy to understand, maintain, and apply in daily operations.
As part of a growing process enablement journey, the team is establishing global standards, , guidelines, and capabilities that support consistent ways of working with process documentation across Vestas.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish, own, and continuously improve global documentation standards, templates, terminology, and writing guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality, compliant, and user-centric process documentation
  • Collaborate with Process Specialists and Subject Matter Experts enabling them to create, maintain, and optimize process documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and other controlled documents
  • Drive documentation excellence by enabling stakeholders through training, coaching, and guidance on structured writing, information design, plain language principles, and documentation best practices
  • Leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance documentation quality, compliance, efficiency, consistency, and overall user experience
  • Act as the global superuser and governance lead for documentation systems, ensuring effective administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of documentation capabilities
  • Ensure documentation complies with ISO 9001 requirements and supports audit readiness, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through performance monitoring and user feedback
  • Support operational quality process activities and communications while serving as the subject matter expert for documentation platforms and tools, ensuring effective adoption, governance, and consistent application of documentation standards across the organization


Qualifications

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in communications, Technical Writing, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within process documentation, technical writing, quality management, process governance, or a similar field
  • Proven experience developing and improving procedures, work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, or other operational documentation
  • Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation governance frameworks is beneficial
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and quality management practices is desirable

 

Competencies

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
  • Good technical writing and documentation capabilities
  • Ability to simplify complex documentation, instructions and guidance materials
  • Structured and detail-oriented mindset with good organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Basic understanding of process modelling and convention is a plus
  • Ability to work in a global environment and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with quality management systems, process governance, or ISO-related documentation requirements is beneficial
