Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct and consistent use of the Risk Repository across functions and regions (Sales/CPX/Service)
  • Drive adherence to global risk framework standards in collaboration with line management and Risk Officers
  • Support Risk Officers (in line functions and regions) in identifying, assessing, and accurately registering customer project risks in Portfolio Risk Repository
  • Act as quality gatekeeper to ensure reliable and actionable risk data
  • Monitor effectiveness of risk responses and controls
  • Support Risk Owners and Risk Officers in reporting to their respective management teams and governing bodies
  • Act as point of contact for risk-related topics in customer deal preparation and execution
  • Evaluate and align regional risks with functional Risk Officers, ensuring proper inclusion in the repository

 

Qualifications

  • You hold a B.Sc., M.Sc. or an MBA - in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering combined with a commercial education or relevant commercial experience - or in Business/Economics combined with a technical education or relevant technical experience
  • Previous work experience in Project Execution of wind projects, or developing technical solutions for wind project execution
  • You have some years of experience within Product Development, Engineering, B-2-B Product Management in the wind industry, or other relevant industries
  • A good understanding of a wind OEM's product development, entire value chain, project execution (ideally Offshore), and preferably quality and risk management
  • You possess great communication skills, and are fluent in English, written and spoken

  • Ability to partner and collaborate across functions and regions
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, with a focus on simplification and value creation for our customers
  • You demonstrate initiative, work well on your own, and maintain a steady focus on performance
