You will become part of the team dedicated to delivering an enterprise platform solution for PLM. Your role in our team will play a vital role by delivering solutions to our Product Teams working on the PTC Windchill platform. Your engagement with the teams is key and you will work with some of our most experienced and skilled architects & specialists. You will share the passion for cutting-edge technologies and solutions with the rest of the team where the focus constantly is on quality, performance, stability, and value.  

The PLM Platform is part of Vestas Digital Solutions division which delivers digital solutions to the Vestas organization and customers. PLM Platform plays a crucial role in Vestas' system landscape by securing our Product Data is captured, maintained, and delivered to the value chain. We interact with the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Platform, Integration Platform, and most importantly with a range of Product Teams (IT) working across the different platforms.

We are as a platform investing in optimizing our methods and capabilities to support the different product teams. With the aim of improving our quality, time-to-market, and end-user satisfaction we are looking for a PLM Platform Test Engineer (IT) that can support us in delivering the best possible experience on our platform for the Product Teams. 

You will join a team of architects & specialists which drive the industry standard on how to manage a PLM platform. We are proud of our achievements but also understand that we need to continuously mature to ensure we stay ahead.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a Platform Agile Delivery Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Platform enhancements, tools and services to multiple agile product teams, ensuring efficiency, timely completion and adherence to high-quality standards. This role is pivotal in facilitating and ensure smooth and effective execution and delivery in our PLM Platform.

• Serve, coach, and mentor the PLM platform teams in adopting Agile practices
• Facilitate ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, Demo´s, and retrospectives
• Act as a key player between development teams and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication
• Identify and address risks and impediments to achieve successful delivery and implementation
• Promote continuous improvement and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment
• Track and report on progress, using Agile metrics to management and stakeholders

Qualifications 

• A minimum of 5 years in similar roles, specializing in agile delivery management.
• A master's degree in IT or a related field is essential. 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is necessary. 
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to tackle complex challenges. 
• Collaboration: Thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with PLM systems is a plus, not a must.

Competencies

• Proven experience in Agile delivery management and as a e.g. Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, Release engineer or similar.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts, motivate teams, and ensure delivery success.
• Experience in stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
