Department
The PMO is a regional department, which reports directly to the SVP of Construction Project Execution (CPX). The Project Controls department reports directly into the PMO and supports our colleagues in Customer Project Execution in achieving our KPIs and the overall Customer Project Execution strategy. In your role as a Performance Manager (m/f/d), you will promote strategic business development initiatives in close collaboration with the management team. By administering the project controls system effectively, you will aid Project Managers (m/f/d) in their strategic choices, bolstering the likelihood of projects being finalized on schedule and within financial parameters, thus promoting a culture of continual business enhancement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Project Control System as required by contract complexity, risk, and duration, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications
  • Manage budget, change, forecasting, scheduling, and progress updates according to procedures and best practices
  • Develop, implement, and measure performance KPIs
  • Coordinate with company functions, discipline leaders, managers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate information flow and project status updates
  • Translate real-time data into valuable information on schedule, revenue, cost, risk, and contingency for your sub-region head
  • Identify, prioritize, escalate, and mitigate construction portfolio risks to enhance sub-region performance
  • Share information at the regional level to identify portfolio trends and update all Project Control deliverables with actual data, forecasts, and deviations from the baseline schedule or budget

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP and Primavera P6
  • Experience in performance management, data analysis and financial analysis
  • Six Sigma or equivalent certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work within various database systems
  • Experience with Power BI reports is advantageous
  • Fluent in English and another language would be a valuable asset

Primary work location: Hamburg, DE; Edinburgh or Warrington, UK; Vienna, AT; Malmo, Sweden; Aarhus, Denmark..

Expected travel: 80 days per year.
