The Specialist Office is a part of the Manufacturing PMO. The PMO team is made up of Project Managers and Specialists who set the framework for project and portfolio excellence, support manufacturing business segments in establishing and maintaining an accurate and effective project portfolio and implement strategic projects that require highly skilled Project Managers. Our team is globally based with colleagues spread around the world, which allows us to effectively deliver projects in all parts of the globe while maintaining a solid collaboration with our value-chain colleagues in the headquarter locations.
Responsibilities
- Risk management in Manufacturing with special focus on project risks
- Process alignment and governance setup including documentation of this
- Quality assurance of team sites and guidelines
- Training of new Project Managers and other stakeholders
- Support Project Managers in general use of the project toolbox
Qualifications
There are many ways into this role, but some of the things we see as relevant are:
- Bachelors / Master's degree or equivalent
- Some years of relevant experience in the Project/PMO/Portfolio Management area
- Experience with process alignment and process descriptions
- We prefer experience with risk management
Competencies
- A diligent work ethic and an openness to learn new skills and gain new knowledge
- Special focus of "quality before delivery" mindset
- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings/workshops with decisions
- Great proficiency in English communication skills, also in writing
