Department
Sales > SBU NCE Construction > Purchasing 

The Purchasing department is a support department in NCE, taking care of purchases (Direct and Indirect) for the Offshore Projects. You will coordinate all purchase orders from external and internal suppliers towards construction projects/sites and follow up on deliverances. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including raising purchase requests, handling purchase orders, arranging meetings for Procurement Plan development and maintenance for the project, as well as so handling invoices for your orders.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain an ongoing dialogue with relevant stakeholders to ensure updated knowledge on procurement requirements (scope, time, etc)
  • Direct the procurement planning and execution in accordance with budget owners
  • Ensure that services and goods are ordered in due time
  • Escalate delivery and invoicing issues as required
  • Ensure payment of invoices


Qualifications 

  • Relevant education within purchasing
  • Experience within the purchasing area
  • Knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

 

Competencies

  • Able to work with limited supervision, being proactive yet working collaboratively within a team
  • The ability to balance responsibilities as well as have a systematic and structured approach to work
  • Ability to handle work urgency and priority during the peak of the projects

Additional Information

Primary work location: Dusager 4, Aarhus N, Denmark

This position requires approximately 10 days of travel per year.
