As a Project Coordinator in our Global Offshore CPX organisation, you’ll support Project Managers, drive project reporting, coordinate stakeholders and ensure offshore projects stay on track across NCE. Offshore Project Coordination works closely with Offshore Project Management to ensure smooth planning and execution of offshore projects and effectively supports Offshore Project Management in ensuring that the offshore projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and act as a sparring partner to the Project Manager.
- Offer project-related assistance to team members
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and track project deliverables and reports
- Prepare and manage gate and progress reports and presentations
- Coordinate and document meetings and project events
- Develop and improve processes continuously
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or Communication
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant in an international environment
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Good understanding of project management principles
- Fluent in spoken and written English

This position requires up to 20 days travel per year.
