The Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management (EPPM) Team is a new team in Global Supply Chain & Transport that will focus on offshore customer projects and is the new execution body of offshore readiness plans on project and portfolio levels. A key driver behind this team is to ensure early involvement in projects and to gain a comprehensive overview of the end-to-end plans across all value chain functions for offshore customer projects.


Responsibilities

  • Have an important part in ensuring the successful planning of complex projects within our organization.
  • You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and contribute to the achievement of strategic goals
  • Project Ideation and Planning including collaboration with stakeholders to define project deliverables, developing enterprise project plans, including milestones, and dependencies, and identifying risks and devise mitigation strategies
  • Schedule Management. create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress and secure functions adjust timelines as needed, and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines
  • Stakeholder Communication. Regularly update internal stakeholders on project status, facilitate effective communication channels, and address any concerns or issues promptly
  • Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation. Evaluate project planning performance against predefined metrics, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure project plans outcomes meet quality standards
  • Day-to-Day Operations. Oversee project planning towards smooth project execution, resolve operational challenges promptly, maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Planning or Project Management
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project planning, especially in large-scale enterprise projects
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • You have experience effectively working with cross-functional, and multi-cultural teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to achieve common goals and deliver high-quality solutions
  • You demonstrate flexibility to work in a dynamic and evolving environment, adapting to changes in project requirements, priorities, and industry trends

  • Structured, result oriented and focused on delivering as promised
