The Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management (EPPM) Team resides in the Global Supply Chain. EPPM specializes in offshore customer projects and focuses on connecting delivery plans and risk mitigation at both the project and portfolio levels. The key focus behind the EPPM team is to ensure delivery on our commitments in customer projects through engagement with the entire value chain, creating relevant analyses, overviews, and facilitating the cross-functional planning process of end-to-end plans for balanced project delivery.

 

Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as our team’s SME within construction, service, and tools. Collaborate closely with relevant departments to support project and portfolio planning and related commitments across the value chain, related to your SME area
  • Project Planning from Sales through Execution: Drive the frontloading and facilitation of construction, service, and tools planning across sales and execution phases. Ensure alignment on timelines, budgets, and resources, and manage planning interfaces considering technical scope and commercial impact
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain robust partnerships with construction, service, and tools departments, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project planning lifecycle
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify planning interface risks and obstacles in project planning and execution, facilitating mitigation strategies and solutions across functions
  • Cross-functional Interface Ownership: Be responsible of the construction, service, and tools value chain’s cross-functional interfaces. Support functions to grow together, take strategic initiatives, and connect key processes, aligning project planning with broader business goals and customer expectations

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, supply chain planning, or a related field
  • Verified history of record in project planning and management for large-scale offshore, energy, or infrastructure projects within the fields of construction, service, and associated tools
  • Capability to understand and link operational reality and field experience with construction, service and tools service to an overall project, portfolio, commercial and big picture context
  • Experience in project execution, either on the turbine OEM or offshore wind park developer side, preferably including earlier development stages as well as e.g. scoping and contracting
  • Experience with tools design engineering and development, including planning and procurement
  • Experience in handling high-stakes projects, managing uncertainty, and making decisions in complex, demanding environments

Additional information 

Location: Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark. 

This position requires approximately 20 days of travel per year.
