We are looking for an experienced Onshore Planning Manager (m/f/d) with a positive mindset who wants to develop their career!

The Costumer Project Execution Department oversees all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed and remains responsible until the final tests are completed. This includes the standard installation, commissioning and final handover of the wind farms to our customers. Working closely together with the customer, suppliers and other stakeholders is a key parameter to keep the project on budget, schedule as well as that our extensive safety and quality standards are met.

 

Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of skilled and experienced planners
Ensure the Planning department is adequately staffed with qualified personnel
Engage the Planning department fully in the Sales and Execution phases
Maintain compliance with the Stage Gate Model for activities and deliverables
Regularly update the Project Programme based on progress and changes
Assist the project team in identifying the critical path, risks, issues, and opportunities
Support the project team in claim management, short-term planning, and resource analysis, while ensuring effective reporting on progress and planning to key stakeholders
 
Qualifications

  • Solid experience in Project Management and Planning
  • Documented history of people management
  • Experience in successfully guiding and delivering complex projects and programs
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing effective strategies for teams and departments
  • Possess keen business understanding and insight
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships by engaging key stakeholders to foster transparency, resolve issues, build consensus, and achieve desired outcomes
  • Fluent in English

Additional information
Primary work location: we are open for candidates to be based in Aarhus, Hamburg, Malmo, Warsaw, Szczecin, Vienna or Warrington
Expected travel: approximately 20 days per year
