The goal of Pre-Installation is to support the projects in the region, in a productive execution of the Construction Projects. Pre-Installation supports the construction projects by finishing as much work on the turbine components as possible, before sending them offshore and are responsible for the handling of components from delivery to site up until making them available for Installation at the quay side. Pre-Installation plans and carries out the activities on site and provides for the timely and safe execution of the project to the right level of quality and within Pre-Installation budget.



  • You will be leading the Pre-Installation department and reporting to PA Steering Ground, Director
  • You will be responsible for budgets and financial performance on individual projects in accordance with turbine fee e.g. ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality in a safe manner
  • Set up an effective organisation and effective governance of your project portfolio and ensure that projects are compliant with department and company strategy
  • Develop, scope, and implement department operational tools to ensure operations and alignment across entire project value chain
  • Initiate and ensure continuous improvements and lessons learned are incorporated during life span of the project
  • Commercial strategy, develop and maintain material for selection of sub-contractor companies of Heavy Lift and Transport suppliers and negotiation of technical and commercial matters in relation to new crane setups
  • Participate in selection of new harbour locations and negotiation of commercial matters in relation to new harbour setups.



  • Master‘s degree or equivalent 5-10 years' experience within relevant areas (e.g. Engineering, Project Management)
  • You will have a great understanding of product and value chain
  • You will have commercial understanding, strong business, and financial insight
  • Previous risk and people management experience
  • Complex stakeholder management
  • Experience working with Quality and HSE policies and processes
  • Have advanced expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English

Primary work location: Aarhus, DK
This position requires up to 60 days travel per year.
