Management Assistant - Enterprise Cyber Security

Enterprise Cyber Security is a newly established organizational unit in Vestas being responsible for the global cyber security across the IT and OT landscape. Cyber security is high on the agenda in Vestas and as a Management Assistant, reporting directly to the CISO, you will play an important and influential role in Enterprise Cyber Security and you will be a trusted member of the ECS Management Team. 

Responsibilities 

• Drive internal organizational projects and improvement initiatives across Enterprise Cyber Security 
• Internal communication in collaboration with the Global Communication function, including communication on Teams channels, Sharepoint sites and Yammer groups for ECS 
• Being the social catalyst in the department arranging team events and social gatherings 
• Prepare and participate in management meetings 
• Carry out analysis and reviews of various aspects of the business and prepare related decision material 
• Support to the Head of ECS and the ECS Management Team on ad hoc basis, including travel arrangements, management of time registration, approvals etc. 
• Coordination and management of onboarding, seating and employee masterdata for existing and new employees 
• Go to person for stakeholders - both external and other functions within the organization on administrative topics 

Qualifications 

• Ideally a bachelor’s degree in business, commercial or a relevant field of study 
• Some years of professional experience in a similar position in an international company – ideally within IT or Cyber Security 
• Fluent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and preferably Danish  
• Experience in O365 suite and general affinity for IT tools and systems
