Department
The Logistics Excellence department plays a key role in supporting the business by delivering comprehensive logistics solutions. This includes the development of tailored concepts and strategies, continuous process optimization, and practical support. The team also provides field training across various warehouse operations and ensures effective execution of multiple SAP transactions, contributing to operational efficiency and excellence across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of a new field trainer framework, primarily focused on warehousing operations, with potential expansion into other SAP-related areas in the future
  • Identify and map training needs in alignment with the TRoST framework to ensure targeted and effective learning
  • Assess the current skill level within the team to establish a baseline for training requirements
  • Contribute to the creation of a structured training strategy and implementation plan
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials for both online and on-site delivery
  • Facilitate and deliver interactive training sessions to enhance operational capabilities in the field
  • Provide ongoing SAP support and guidance as part of the broader training and development initiative

Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in people management, coaching, and leadership
  • Interest in training and professional development
  • Effective time management skills, especially during high-demand periods
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage tasks and take accountability for actions
  • Motivated by renewable energy and contributing to a positive impact
  • Proficient in English communication, encompassing both written and oral forms
  • Solid IT proficiency with experience in SAP Warehouse Management/Inventory Management, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Additional information
Primary work location: You can be based anywhere in Denmark.
This position requires approximately 60 days of global travel per year.
