In R&D Training Academy we enable engineers and specialists across R&D with high quality, purpose-built learning that supports operational excellence and continuous innovation. Furthermore, we ensure that all R&D products are supported by targeted training to enable effective operations within Transport, Construction, and Service.

We are looking for an experienced Learning Expert to improve our academy and help ensure that learning initiatives are targeted, effective, and aligned with real business and performance needs.

 

Responsibilities

As a Learning Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring that learning initiatives are needs driven, impactful, and sustainable, from early analysis to finished learning solutions.

You will collaborate closely with R&D stakeholders, subject matter experts, and fellow learning professionals to identify and define the most effective learning approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct learning needs analysis (LNA) and identify performance and capability gaps
  • Define optimal learning solutions tailored to the specific need
  • Challenge existing learning approaches and encourage continuous improvement
  • Script and develop learning content for digital and instructor led learning
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to transform complex topics into clear, learner-focused content
  • Support implementation and evaluation of learning initiatives

 

Qualifications

We imagine you have:

  • A relevant academic background in Learning & Development, Education, Instructional Design, Cognitive Science, Communication, or similar
  • Several years of experience working professionally with learning design and development
  • Solid experience with learning needs analysis and solution design
  • Practical experience with scripting and developing learning content
  • Experience from a global or matrix organization is an advantage

  • Clear and structured communicator, both written and verbal

Additional information

Location: DK, Aarhus

Expected travel up to 25 days annually.
