Power Solutions Business Finance & Planning is responsible for ensuring a clear financial performance focus across Vestas through transparent reporting and value‑oriented recommendations to senior management. The Power Solutions segment covers the entire turbine value chain - from R&D to customer project execution. As part of our team, you will play a key role in enabling senior leadership decision-making through insights, analysis, and financial recommendations across Vestas' value chain.
Responsibilities
In this key role, your main responsibilities entail
- Managing recurring 18‑month Rolling Forecasting & Reporting activities (P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet), including preparation of management reporting
- Overseeing the annual planning processes across the Power Solutions segment and Vestas Technology & Operations, ensuring direction setting for coming years' execution
- Facilitating performance reporting for Vestas Technology & Operations, ensuring accountability on commitments made
- Securing strong governance around capital allocation and promoting the business‑case mindset within Vestas
- Directing in-depth performance reviews across the value chain and providing support for ad-hoc financial analysis requests
Qualifications
To perform well in this position, we expect you to bring the following
- Master's degree in finance, controlling, or comparable fields
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance including finance business partnering, financial planning, performance management, and financial analysis & reporting
- Experience working in a similar organizational structure; global and/or a matrix
- Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Additional information
This position is based in Aarhus, Denmark where our team and several other stakeholders are located. The role requires the ability to work on-site at least 3 days per week.
