Global Service Commercial & Products is responsible for ensuring the long-term profitability and competitiveness of the Service business by shaping what we sell, how we sell it, and how we continuously improve our commercial and product capabilities. We operate at the intersection of market opportunity, operational feasibility, and financial performance, partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment between commercial ambitions and execution realities.
Within this area, Product Governance and Lifecycle Management mission is to continuously optimize the business value of the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle in Service. We do this by objectively and holistically evaluating product business performance, defining and executing portfolio-level and product-specific lifecycle strategies, ensuring accurate and trusted product information, and proactively managing product phase-out, so that resources are distributed to the right products, at the right time, for the greatest customer, business and EBIT impact. We ensure that every product has a clear purpose, delivers measurable value, and is actively managed from introduction through phase-out. The function establishes governance frameworks, performance transparency, and decision-making standards that enable consistent, fact-based portfolio management.
Responsibilities
As a Product Portfolio, Lead Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that Service has right products in the portfolio, resources are allocated effectively, portfolio delivers on strategic, financial, and customer goals. You will be a product portfolio expert and drive portfolio transparency, governance, and optimization by transforming data into actionable insights and management of product business performance. You will enable leadership decision-making across the product landscape.
- Drive portfolio optimization by evaluating portfolio health, complexity, and business performance, and communicating clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Own and maintain a comprehensive product portfolio overview across lifecycle stages, including performance tracking and monitoring of commercial product information quality
- Act as gatekeeper, when new products are being launched, to ensure benefit realization tracking, high quality of commercial product information package and timely system implementation
- Define and track product success metrics in collaboration with product development, translating data into actionable performance insights and improvements
- Continuously assess portfolio alignment with market trends by integrating cross-functional inputs, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in product portfolio management, product management or relevant consulting within the wind industry
- Exposure to complex product environments - experience working with multiple products, platforms, or markets in a global/matrix organization
- Proven ability to transform data into meaningful insights
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes in a matrix organization

- Confidence in challenging assumptions and driving fact-based recommendations, including guiding investment and prioritization decisions
