Power Solution > Applications, Controls & Electrical > Plant Design & Risk Modelling

In Plant Design and Risk Modelling, located in the Modelling & Analytics module in Vestas Power Solutions, we work with designing the best performing renewable energy plants -and following up that they perform as expected.  This means that most of our products work directly with data from our turbines or is based on models describing how our turbines work.

This position is in a team that focus on a product, which is used to evaluate turbine loads in the pre-sales phase. The product that we primarily work on is being used by the Sales organization in Vestas to provide the most competitive power plant configuration. You will support to ensure that we deliver scalable, maintainable, and not least, loveable solutions to our users.

We're looking for a sharp .NET developer, with an above-average energy level!  Your background and education is not the most important factor, however, expectation is that you hold a relevant bachelor's degree.  Experience with:

  • NET/.NET Core (C#); Relational/Non-Relational Databases (SQL Server...); ORMs; SQL, LINQ;  Docker, Kubernetes;  Azure;  Object-oriented design;  CICD, implementation of deployment pipelines; Version control systems (GIT); SCRUM and Agile development; Unit testing and code testing


You are a proactive team member, with an internationally oriented mindset and you are fluent in English - both oral and written. With a significant scientific foundation and network.

Additional information
