Region NCE and Global Offshore > Customer Project Execution, NCE > Pre-Installatin Site Management
The Offshore Project Execution Department oversees all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed and remains responsible until the final tests are completed. Working closely with logistics, procurement and finance departments, the team must keep the project on budget and on schedule and ensure our ongoing safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead the safe, timely and cost‑effective planning and execution of all on‑site activities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring resources, personnel and equipment align with project objectives
- Coordinate marine and construction activities in line with standardised workflows and approved methodologies
- Ensure full compliance with all Vestas management systems, including HSE, Quality and contractual requirements
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers and customer representatives
- Monitor progress, risks, performance and costs, implementing mitigation actions to keep delivery on schedule and within budget
- Allocate and manage site resources effectively to meet operational and contractual needs
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within the wind industry
- Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motivate teams effectively
- Competence in interpreting and managing contracts
- Good knowledge of offshore operational environments
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Office and SAP
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Additional information
Candidates can be based in Denmark or UK.
Primary work location: Offshore Wind Sites in NCE and APAC regions
Expected number of worldwide travel days: 180 days per year based on 16 days on 12 days off in Europe, when travelling to APAC you will be on site for 3.5 weeks and off for 2.5 weeks. Travelling to APAC is mandatory.
