The Global Supply Chain & Transport coordinates the end-to-end supply chain of Vestas and balances demand (customer projects) with supply chain and financial. Executive S&OP will enable Vestas to deliver best-in-class margins based on a global long-term volumetric & financial plan with full end-2-end value chain impact.
The position as Supervise S&OP Specialist is a key role within Global Supply Chain where you will be directing a fact based, 360 view for S&OP scenarios including balance sheet and P&L impact.


  • In this role, you will be in the "front line" and act as the "glue" between functions in Vestas into the Executive S&OP scenario planning.
  • Own and guide full monthly S&OP planning process, including scenarios, simulations, and business cases to secure a continuous optimization of Vestas P&L, working capital and cash flow.
  • Develop the Executive S&OP scenario process even further and direct continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare cross functional data, analysis for decision taking and reporting for monthly Executive S&OP meetings.
  • Create transparency of long-term decisions for both internal and external partners, capacity utilization, and towards tactical/strategic Supply Network team, all linked to our financials.
  • Secure communication and implementation of decisions from Executive S&OP


  • We expect candidates to have a relevant master's degree within business administration, supply chain management, commercial operations engineer or equivalent:
  • 5-10 years' supply chain, finance, or commercial experience in global B2B companies
  • Experience from running, facilitating, and working with S&OP scenarios
  • Experience with communicating complex financial information in a simple and transparent way
  • Innovative approach but ability to take a holistic view on scenarios.
  • Ability to navigate in the environment of all organizational levels and understanding cross-functional stakeholders with separate agendas with solid commercial communication skills
