The Project Management department, a part of the Global PMO, comprises Project Managers who manage a diverse range of projects across the organization.
As a part of our project management team, you will work with colleagues from various geographical locations and cultural backgrounds. We are expanding our team with highly qualified professionals to meet the demands of our growing business.

Responsibilities
As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project initiatives from startup to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver great value. Your role will involve:

• Defining and Managing Business Requirements: Ensuring alignment with business goals through thorough requirement gathering, documentation, and validation
• Change Management: Implementing a structured approach to manage change impacts, approvals, and communications
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking project progress using KPIs, preparing status reports, and updating stakeholders
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns, and incorporating their feedback
• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, developing risk management plans, and implementing mitigation strategies

 
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess a combination of educational background and practical experience that shows their ability to manage complex projects effectively. Key qualifications include:

• Holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications
• Experience in managing complex change management activities and projects
• Proficiency in strategic communication and presentation skills

• Leadership skills and the ability to make timely decisions
• Ability to oversee, facilitate, and engage effectively, while ensuring all project documentation is accurately maintained and in place
• Practical approach with a focus on results and structured processes
