Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Blade Service 
Within Northern Central Europe (NCE) Offshore, Special Projects cover some of the largest, most complex or bespoke operations. Blade Service operates in this area, overseeing the full spectrum of blade inspections and maintenance tasks for our expanding portfolio, which includes over 1000 turbines.


Responsibilities 
As a Lead Project Manager within Blade Service, you will be responsible for delivering some of our most complex and largest projects. 
We prioritize delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards, all while ensuring the highest safety performance. This role encompasses overall responsibility for the project and authority over the process.

In this role, you should be expected to be involved in large complex blade repair campaigns and capable of running JUV, SOV or CTV campaigns. Moreover, you can expect to:

  • Drive, coordinate and facilitate large complex offshore projects
  • Mentor and shape the execution of the operations, ensuring that we have the right technical solutions and operational concepts to be successful
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client when escalations are required
  • Build and maintain a project team, instilling project values and maintaining focus on the project goals
  • Act as the primary escalation path for negotiations both internally and externally
  • Maintain the project on schedule, cost, quality and safety
  • Motivate the team to engage in continuous improvement throughout the company

 
Qualifications 
We expect applicants to have around or above ten years of experience in a similar role, with experience in the Energy Industry being a beneficial asset. Furthermore, we hope that you can see yourself reflected in the following:

  • Engineering, commercial, or Project Management degree
  • Approximately ten years, or equivalent, of experience in complex projects, particularly with offshore blade service or offshore construction experience 
  • Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager, with a preference for a qualification in the area (PMBOK or Prince2)
  • Experienced negotiator for internal and external partners
  • Demonstrable technical capability in managing offshore campaigns
  • Demonstrable evidence of contract and commercial proficiency
  • Solid Experience with Risk Management, Stakeholder management, and Reporting Governance

Additional information
We see great value if you are close to the business, in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark, but we are open to other locations such as Hamburg, Germany, Warrington England, Oostende, Belgium or others.
For this position, you can expect to travel up to 50 days per year, and you can decide when and where it is needed.
