As a legal advisor in Vestas´ Group Legal team you will be a trusted, key advisor on global contracts and strategic decisions where you can truly make a difference and work closely with stakeholders and legal colleagues across Vestas. 
You will be empowered to provide commercial, value-creating solutions to complex challenges within the fast-growing renewable industry which allow Vestas to maintain its market-leading position as well as support in developing business processes and mitigating risks. You will be part of a highly collaborative and skilled legal team with a global outlook and impact. 
The position is located at Vestas´ office in either Aarhus or Copenhagen.     

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of international commercial contracts  
• Learn business requirements, analyze legal and commercial risks and provide value-adding solutions 
• Support M&A processes and strategic project work
• Develop and optimize legal guidance and governance, policies and legal templates and continuously share our knowledge and train our colleagues throughout the global Vestas organization

Qualifications

• Degree in Law
• Specialist experience with commercial contract drafting and negotiation in English
• +3 years' experience from major law office (DK or international) or in-house legal position in an international organization
• Experience in working with international Contract Law
