The Offshore CPX & Service Tools department is responsible for delivering the tools and equipment required to erect and maintain offshore wind turbines globally. As a key enabler of offshore operations, the team ensures that all projects have the necessary tooling to operate efficiently and reliably.
The department covers demand planning, supply chain coordination, technical support, and performance management across the full value chain. Its core mission is to ensure that tools are delivered in the right quantity, quality, and at the right cost, enabling the internal customers to get what they need, when they need it, while maintaining strong cost control for the business. 
Working as a cohesive and cross-functional unit, the team brings together capabilities across supply chain, project planning, and operations to support complex offshore projects and ensure consistent delivery across all platforms.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the 6-year forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accurate planning and financial control across the full portfolio
  • Maintain a clear portfolio overview, consolidating, validating, and challenging demand inputs across all offshore projects
  • Act as the primary interface for forecasting, mitigating risks and ensuring alignment between project demand, supply chain constraints, and budget targets
  • Serve as a business partner to leadership, providing insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Drive governance and continuous improvement of forecasting, reporting, and KPI processes across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost

 

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and operational cost drivers
  • Relevant degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar, with ability to handle high complexity environments
  • Experience working in cross-functional and global organizations
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and ERP systems 

 

Competencies

  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding linked to large CAPEX and budgeting responsibility
  • Deep understanding of supply chain and operational drivers
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and challenge assumptions
  • Highly analytical and structured mindset to manage complexity and forecasting accuracy
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership
