Quality Finance is a team providing financial partnership to the Qualify function of Vestas. We guide financial decisions, facilitate performance discussions across the value chain, and ensure governance on the warranty cost. We engage with a wide range of stakeholders spanning functions, geographies, and levels of the organisation. An exciting opportunity has opened in the team, and we are therefore looking for a Finance Business Partner with strong stakeholder capabilities to drive business value through financial insights and planning.
Responsibilities
In this key role your focus will be
- Global oversight of budgeting and target-setting for the Quality function
- Ensure transparency through continuous financial planning and deviation management on fixed capacity cost, direct cost & key financial quality metrics
- Provide financial partnering and analytical insights to senior management
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and follow-up on key performance metrics
- Support on improvement of warranty cost area, process improvements & strategic projects
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we believe that you have the following experience
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar area
- Solid experience in business controlling, finance business partnering or financial performance analysis
- A comprehensive financial toolkit
- Experience from a financial role within an international company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with BI tools
- Fluency in English

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Aarhus, Denmark. Some travel activities might be expected, up to 15 days per year.
