 The Global Pay & Time Program is an initiative within Vestas People & Culture to globalize our Pay and Time platforms. Through clear communication and change management, we will align compliance with employee experience.
 
 
Responsibilities
Lead Change management Specialist implements change management and business implementation activities in close partnership with the Global Payroll Director as well as other stakeholders in People & Culture and the business. You work with stakeholders to analyse, strategise and plan targeted change and implementation activities around Pay & Time - and you play an essential, hands-on, role in implementing and adjusting the plans.
You will

  • Lead and implement change management strategies for the seamless execution of the global Pay and Time project
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Own the communications agenda in the Time & Pay project and insuring communications activities are planned and executed
  • Strengthen the change management awareness and capability in Vestas

 
Qualifications

  • A proven Change Management end-to-end expertise (PROSCI/CCMP certification or similar is good to have)
  • Experience working across cultures in a global enterprise
  • Good project management skills experience
  • Experience in developing and applying a standardized change methodology or tools
  • Experience in user-oriented design and behavioural science is valued

 
Competencies

  • Good end to end business understanding and passion for strategy implementation, transformation and business development
  • Expert in systematically applying standardised change management tools - but applying situational flexibility where needed
  • Ability to engage, advise and influence senior stakeholders and to work with business stakeholders at all levels
  • Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • People oriented team Member that values inclusion, collaboration and stakeholder relationships built on trust
