Then you might be our next LEAN Project Manager from our LEAN team which establish and facilitate the scope of LEAN activities on prioritized products and projects conducting performance analyses.

Responsibilities

  • The LEAN Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for growing LEAN Concept development projects, developing project plans, ensuring effective project delivery, implementing project timelines, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned
  • Ensure that employees thrive, develop and have a safe working day during improvements/changes
  • Be a beacon and promote our "continuous improvement culture" with great involvement and commitment
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and corresponding innovation methods
  • Take responsibility for analyzing, planning, and delivering effectively
  • Create an overview and transparency of initiatives, progress and performance/effect


Qualifications 

  • A theoretical background such as production, mechanical engineer or equivalent
  • Solid experience from leading transformations with employee well-being during the changes
  • Experience in creating results through both formal and informal management
  • Significant continuous improvement mindset, are structured and systematic as well as result- and quality-oriented
  • Have minimum a bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Innovative
  • Team-oriented person with great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)

This role will play an active and important role in the deployment and implementation of the LEAN concept in Onshore and Offshore projects within NCE CPX and in the further growth of Operational Excellence in NCE CPX.
