Innovation Excellence is a small team of specialized and diverse colleagues, who takes great pride in collaborating across Vestas to support in finding the alternative solutions needed to meet the demand of a growing and complex business. We facilitate the identification and evaluation of innovative ideas across Vestas that have the potential to create value and underline Vestas's core values: Accountability, Collaboration, Simplicity and Passion which form the backbone for our culture of striving for excellence. And provide the tools to support this.

Responsibilities
Team member and super user of roadmapping and portfolio software group supporting with data analysis and software deployment across the organization:

• Coordinate, plan, and facilitate workshops across the business using innovation methodologies like Design Thinking 
• Support various projects/activities with business perspectives to deliver improvements in our products, services, and ways of working (e.g., process optimization, workshop planning)
• Setup and launch ideation campaigns in ideas@Vestas
• Help teams to transform complex ideation processes through prioritization of challenges and the use of simple, dynamic digital workflows
• Assist in training teams globally in utilizing our global Ideas@Vestas program
• Support ad-Hoc tasks within Innovation Excellence

Qualifications

• Experience/interest with data analysis
• Experience/interest with innovation methodologies like Design Thinking
• Experience/interest with crowd sourcing in a digital community
• The ability to create, review and edit creative content
• Very good English both verbal and written
• Planning and execution of tasks together with internal and external parties
• Verbal communication skills: Ability to engage with employees and communicate complex topics

Work location: Vestas' office in Aarhus, Denmark
This position requires approximately 10 days of travel yearly.
