Global Procurement in Digital Technology Solutions is responsible for the digital strategy and consulting services for improving Procurement, Warehousing and Inbound Logistics processes for Vestas. We are currently preparing for an SAP S/4 implementation so you will join the department at an interesting point of time where you will be able to influence the future Warehousing landscape across Vestas.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • Work with stakeholders to develop, maintain and improve SAP templates for Warehousing and Inventory  Management 
  • Support in developing system templates in alignment with long term IT strategy, providing inspiration and bringing innovation to stakeholders 
  • Identify, assess and solve complex business problems or challenges for area of responsibility 
  • Support and lead resolution of business stakeholders issues raised via Change Request 

 

Qualifications  

  • University Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or Business Management 
  • Preferably (but not required) a couple of years of experience from a role related to Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain  
  • Preferably (but not required) some knowledge of/experience with SAP MM/WM/IM

  • Outgoing personality with the ability and eagerness to engage with business stakeholders 
  • Ability to communicate with people at different organizational levels 
  • A team player willing to jump in when help is needed, even if tasks aren't on your job description
