Manufacturing Finance plays a critical role in supporting operational and financial performance across Vestas global manufacturing footprint. We partner closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and senior leadership teams to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making and ensure cost competitiveness.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

• Enhance performance by building effective partnerships with manufacturing leadership
• Support performance through clear insights and structured performance management
• Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Bridge finance and operations, ensuring alignment between financial performance and operational drivers
• Guide stakeholders in making better decisions and improving results

Financial and Performance Management Capabilities

• Ensure excellence in FP&A processes and performance transparency across manufacturing
• Own and oversee reporting, forecasting and KPI frameworks
• Ensure high-quality, consistent and insight-driven outputs
• Manage financial consolidation and alignment across areas
• Manage the Manufacturing Finance yearly cadence and ensure timely, high-quality completion of all critical cycles
• Own and maintain the Manufacturing Finance Value Driver Tree, ensuring clear linkage between financial results, operational drivers and business decisions
• Maintain a disciplined focus on cost management, including fixed costs and CAPEX

Transformation & Performance Excellence

• Own and execute the Manufacturing Finance transformation agenda
• Act as PMO for key transformation initiatives, ensuring structure, progress and delivery
• Support standardization, simplification and automation of finance processes
• Improve reporting, forecasting and performance management frameworks
• Ensure transformation initiatives are implemented and embedded in daily operations
• Balance operational delivery with continuous improvement

Leadership

• Lead and coordinate a small team of 2FTEs
• Lead and develop a team of Analysts
• Set direction, priorities and ways of working
• Promote clear alignment, coordination, and disciplined delivery
• Act as a quality gate for key outputs (reporting, forecasts, presentations)
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance or similar roles, within manufacturing or operations
• Experience from well-known consulting firms focused on finance transformation, performance management or strategic finance is equally valued
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders and supporting decision-making
• Extensive experience with performance management, forecasting, budgeting and financial planning
• Experience leading finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in financial systems, BI tools, and data visualization
• Effective communication and presentation abilities, including the capacity to convert complex data into clear business insights
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
