You will become a member of the Global Learning & Development team within Global Talent Management, which is part of our People & Culture function where our vision focuses on establishing a solid L&D foundation, developing a learning culture, and making L&D business-critical, enabling colleagues' growth, and enable functional training and scaling.


Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with the rest of the Global Learning & Development (L&D) team to refine and continuously develop our global onboarding process. 
 As part of this role, you will

  • Support and collaborate on the development of global onboarding offerings to ensure a high-quality onboarding process
  • Individually write and review storyboards for onboarding e-learnings
  • Take part in renewing and individually maintain our global onboarding information page focusing on the user experience for new colleagues
  • Co-create best-practice onboarding tools to include in an onboarding toolbox for functional and regional stakeholders to plug and play
  • Co-plan and facilitate onboarding network meetings for onboarding stakeholders, new colleagues, people leaders and onboarding buddies
  • Supporting and collaborating on other Learning & Development projects such as developing learning journeys, maintaining the Vestas Academy, and continuously reviewing the quality of our L&D offerings
     

Qualifications 

  • You are in your first years of the bachelor studies preferably within HR, educational science, business economics or a related field
  • Preferably, at least 3 years until graduation
  • Superior communicative skills
  • Fluent level of English

  • Curious learner and understands how to collaborate
  • Have a natural interest in trends / theory within the field of L&D (especially onboarding) and are eager to learn how to use these in practice
  • Working independently and take responsibility for completing tasks within set deadlines
  • Easy-going personality and helpful with a big variety of L&D tasks 
  • Open minded and ready to engage with colleagues from all around the world
  • Open to give and receive feedback

Additional information
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a team where we collaboratively address various aspects of employee development. The team is based in Aarhus and Copenhagen, Denmark. Please note that this position is in either one of these two cities in Denmark.
Working hours will be planned according to your studies. We do, however, expect that you can work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with less hours during exams.

The candidates selected to continue will join a 2nd interview centered around an onboarding work sample prepared in advance.
