Manufacturing and Global Procurement > Global Q&HSE> Global Initiatives / MWB
The Business Process Management team is a key part of the global Quality, Continuous Improvement, Health and Safety and Environment (QHSE) organization. It supports the organization in implementing the strategy and running the operations with the process approach throughout the global organization.
 

Responsibilities

  • Define, adapt, maintain, and govern a global framework for Business Process Management (BPM) aligned with and supporting the strategic goals of the organization, considering specific stakeholder requirements across and on all levels of the value chain
  • Transfer the framework approach to the Business Process Management architecture, tools, and applications, supported by the global Business Process Specialists
  • Design, implement, measure and control business process architecture and levels 1 and 2 to ensure governance and content validity
  • Lead the Business Process Management team and global community of Business Process Specialist
  • Strengthening the process ownership approach
  • Facilitate continuous improvement through BPM and the use of process mining and simulation 
  • Ensure integration of the system with other relevant tools, human centricity and DMS
  • Responsible for motivating the global process culture and behavior in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
     

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Extensive experience as business process management system manager or a similar position in large, multinational, matrixed organization
  • Expert with relevant qualifications in business process management (BPM), and usage of BPMN, facilitation and deployment in complex organizations
  • Certified Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent experience
     

Competencies

  • Experience with process mining applications and utilization for root cause analysis and continuous improvement
  • Good overall business understanding
  • Strategic alignment including managing, communicating with, and influencing leaders and other stakeholders in a large, multinational, matrixed organizations
  • Professional project and process skills, workshop coordination and moderation expertise
  • Competences in Quality, Continuous Improvement, including Lean and Six Sigma and HSE are beneficial
  • Work seamlessly with relevant technology, tools, and systems (like SAP, Aris, etc.)
  • Able to communicate and to use different ways of communications across all levels of the organization to align expectations, engage the organization, monitor results, and establish solutions

Additional information
Your work location will be at Vestas office at Aarhus, DK or Hamburg, DE. Other locations will be considered. Around 30-50 travel days/year is expected.
