Group Finance > VPS Finance > Warranty Finance
As a Specialist Warranty Finance you will be the Business Partner for a specific area in the Warranty Team. Your role is to support the business in assessing individual warranty cases, discuss opportunities for resolution and translate those insights in forecasts on the financial impact of cases. You are going to present those insights to a wide group of stakeholders across the value chain and seek alignment between Group and Regional Finance Functions.

Responsibilities

• Finance Business Partner to the warranty project managers / organization
• Analyze specific warranty cases, understand the technical background and statistical parameters to simulate financial scenarios and present them to stakeholders across the value chain
• Support monthly / quarterly financial closing process
• Support consolidation of cases to a warranty risk portfolio incl. financial assessment of the same
• Help driving simplification and harmonization of individual warranty cases

Qualifications

• Relevant education / degree most likely within Finance and/or Business domain
• Good understanding of financial treatment to be the Financial Business Partner to the Warranty team
• Experience in working with complex data and presenting it in a simplified manner to facilitate the decision making process in the company
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal
• Prefer experience with SAP or similar
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
