Region NCE > Customer Project Execution, NCE > Document Controlling OFS
Vestas Northern and Central Europe covers Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux, and Eastern Europe, both Onshore and Offshore. We handle Sales, Project, Installation, and Service of wind farms in these regions, aiming to be the top business unit and the best place to work.
The Documentation department collects and issues construction documentation, providing project-specific contract documents to customers and enabling internal departments like Service to access them.
As an Offshore Document Controller, you will manage contractual document streams, database structures, and archiving. You'll also collect, compile, and present as-built documentation to the Project team.
Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor all contractual documentation.
- Collect and organize site-specific and as-built documentation.
- Ensure all project-specific technical documentation and manuals are correctly stored.
- Handover documentation to Service and Customer.
- Check and update revisions of internally created documents.
- Train the project team on documentation procedures.
- Maintain the Project documentation SharePoint site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Understanding of contractual agreements.
- Proficiency in SAP and SharePoint.
- Fluent in English.

Additional Information
- The role will be based in Aarhis, DK or Szczecin, Poland.
- Expected travel: approximately 10 travel days per year.
