Digital Transport Management Business Analyst

Vestas is looking for a new Business Analyst within Transport Management to join us at the office in Aarhus!

Digital Technology Solutions is dedicated to the development and operation of digital products and platforms combined with the business engagement and digital transformation efforts needed for Vestas to take benefit of the digital investments.  

The department Digital Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transport and Supply Chain department is composed of around 90 people working with business engagement, development and support.  
The goal is to standardize and simplify Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transport and Supply Chain Planning across Vestas and external partners through Digital Capabilities. Equipping teams with effective digital tools for decision-making, implementation and to enhance the experience for both employees and partners; leading to better value capture.  

Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify value opportunities and implement standardization 
• Support product strategy with a focus on lead generation and digital transport management solutions 
• Gather and refine requirements through discussions with business units and coordinate new feature development to meet business goals 
• Ensure effective rollout and adoption of solutions across the organization 
• Create communication and training materials to support product understanding 
• Bridge the gap between business and IT for smooth change implementation 
• Contribute to communication and training plans to support adoption and knowledge sharing 

Qualifications  

• Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree
• 5-10 years' experience working within the Transport & Logistics domain within a complex global company 
• Solid understanding of Logistics execution and the complexities of operating at a global scale 
• Experience with developing and implementing large-scale digital solutions in a global company 
• Insights into SAP TM, SAP S/4 HANA and SAP BN4L 
• Experience working in agile environments and Product-led is beneficial 
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Ability to translate complex requirements into a product vision and roadmap 
• Proficient analytical and stakeholder management skills 
• Motivated and highly structured working style 
• Balanced technical and commercial mindset with a focus on digital product value

Additional information  

Your primary work location will be Aarhus, Denmark.  

You should expect some travel activity, approximately 14 days per year.
