Do you want to play a key role in taking the VestasOnline B2B platform for wind turbines owners and prospective customers to new heights then we are looking for you. Our current digital product manager is moving to a new position in Vestas why we are looking for a new team member. You will join the Customer Power Plant Maintenance & Reporting Team within our VestasOnline customer channel. The Product Team is responsible for helping wind turbine owners to know how their turbine fleet is performing, when it needs service and to help customers conduct different key self-service activities to efficiently manage their fleet. In order to achieve Vestas' growth targets for the coming years a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally - is required. Digitalization is a key element of this shift in operation. The Digital Customer Channels & Experience department within Digital Solutions is responsible for managing the digital customer channels including building products targeted to Vestas' customers as well as enabling other internal product teams across Vestas working on customer facing solutions.  We are in the process of maturing and expanding our in-house led digital product teams who is responsible for designing, building, and continuously optimizing our digital products following a product-led operating model. As our new Product Manager for VestasOnline - Team Customer Power Plant Maintenance & Reporting you will join a Product Area currently consisting of 4 product teams.


  • Craft the product vision and strategy for VestasOnline - Team Customer Power Plant Maintenance & Reporting together with stakeholders across Service Commercial Management, Service Operations & Digital Solutions (DS)  
  • Build and continuously update the Product roadmap based on user insights and commercial strategy 
  • Facilitate discovery activities with customers and stakeholders across Vestas to identify improvement areas or new product opportunities   
  • Install a user centric, evidence guided and value driven mindset within the product team and among stakeholders and use this to guide the team when prioritizing for future opportunities to solve
  • Define EPICs, User stories and Sprint Goals incl. acceptance criteria together with Tech Lead based on user qualitative and quantitative data   
  • Define quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) together with your team based on dialogues with stakeholders, other product teams, Technical Area Lead and Product Leader 
  • Work closely with other Product Teams to drive shared outcomes within the Customer channel, across a larger value stream  or within a strategic program, have an integral part in establishing the Product team together with Engineering Chapter Lead, Technical Area Lead and Product Leader


  • +3 years' experience working as Product Owner or Digital Product Manager including experience from working with a high-code digital product
  • Alternatively you have +3 years' experience from working in a specialist role where you have supported internal projects / roll-out of new digital solutions to customers within a B2B industry  
  • Experience from working in a Product-led organisation successfully navigating a matrix organisational set-up
  • Experience defining objectives and key results and using the OKR framework
  • Proven experience leading software engineering and cross functional teams to design, deliver and optimise new products
  • Fluency in English in both oral and written - Danish is not a prerequisite
  • Bachelor's or master's degree



  • You think commercially when leading your digital product and how you motivate your team; i.e. focusing on who are you enabling with your product and what is the value proposition of your product to the users/teams and to Vestas
  • An excellent communicator and storyteller who can articulate value to stakeholders on multiple levels in the organization
  • Basic technical understanding of data- and software engineering principles
  • Ability to engage and align multiple stakeholder viewpoints and combine into a well crafted product vision and roadmap
  • A great facilitator of cross-team workshops and discovery activities 
  • Can set direction for your digital product but also execute on your plans and achieve measurable results
  • Can motivate and involve your team members in different product decisions (you work as a team and succeed as a team)

You will play a key role in fulfilling Vestas' digital ambition of bringing to market a sustaining valuable and useful digital experience within a Product-led digital organisation. As Product Manager for VestasOnline - Team Customer Power Plant Maintenance & Reporting you will set the product vision for the product team. We work with product-led disciplines such as digital product strategy, continuous insights gathering and run tech & design spikes to foster a learning mindset and to validate assumptions before we prioritize and ship user value. We work in a product trio setup where you will be collaborating closely with your Lead engineer and Product Designer to craft and continuously improve your digital product. You will become part of a growth area and join a great collaborative and diverse department.

The role will be based in Aarhus, Denmark. No relocation cost is available for this position.
