In Vestas' Group Legal Team, you will be part of a team that in an informal, collaborative and focused atmosphere, works with and promotes exciting international sourcing and product development activities in the core of the renewable energy industry.
You will become a part of a team with a broad range of experience and knowledge, working with a large scope of tasks. We value our team dynamic, sparring and knowledge sharing with each other on our tasks, so we ensure the best possible solution for our stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify legal and commercial risks and opportunities and assisting the commercial and technical leads in providing value-adding solutions, which mitigate such risks and capture value from such opportunities   
  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a broad spectrum of (multi territory) commercial contracts
  • Support M&A processes and project work
  • Develop and optimize legal guidance and governance, policies and legal templates and continuously share our knowledge and train our colleagues throughout Vestas

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Law
  • Specialist experience with commercial contract drafting and negotiation in English
  • +5 years' experience from major law office (DK or international) or in-house legal position in an international organization
  • Experience in working with international Contract Law

What we offer
As a legal advisor in the Vestas family, the candidate will provide high-quality legal and commercial advice to commercial and technical colleagues worldwide and across Vestas´ product portfolio. We work closely with commercial colleagues as key contributors in the decision-making processes and close to senior management on strategic projects. Moreover, we collaborate closely with our good regional legal colleagues around the world.

 

Additional information
Workplace location is at our office in Aarhus, Denmark.
You can expect travel up to 10 days per year in this position.
